i was surfing youtube randomly for old songs, clicking related videos and listenin to them since 8plus. haha. i happen to chance upon this song that which greatly influence my life.so i decided to make it my blog song. and write an emo post since its been long since i had one.
this song shld be familiar to most ppl. sung by faye wong in early 90s. most ppl shld haf heard to madanrin version. but the cantonese version is the one tat plays a part of my life. well, actually its important to me as this song is one of mummy's favourite.
i can rmb vivdly hearing this song almost everidae when i come home from school during my childhood daes. rong yi shou shang de nu ren. and mummy alwaes sing this song to me randomli haha. so it bring back memories. now that i've haf grown, looking back and listening to it reminds mi of how difficult it is for mummy to bring me up, given that i am such a irritating and rebellious kid when i was young.
listening to the song now brings a brand new experience, faye's rendition is real good. the song is realli nice and touching. together with realistic lyrics, it has also become one of my favourite canto songs.
i happen to look at mummy yesterdae whe she was watching tv, i realise time realli flies and its cruel. counting the amount of grey hair she has now, it probably doubles.... or triples since the last time i saw them. hm.. counting down to 28/12/08 when she turns 55. i love mummy but still i cant find courage to tell her in her face. i hope she noes =)
