Servicing of printer
Dear officer-in-charge,I sent in my printer for service on 27/8/08 at CJ GLS building as it cannot be turned on. I was advised by your colleague there that i will be able to receive news within 3-5 working days. On the 5th working day, 3/9/08, i called your customer service hotline to enquire on the status of the printer. The consultant claims that the printer is still under 'pending' status although it was already the 5th working day. He advised to wait and he says soon, i will received news regarding the printer.Till date, i still do not received any news from Samsung. In fact, i am urgent to have the printer back as i have a project to follow up and notes need to be printed frequently. In such, i am rather unhappy about the service Samsung provide. I understand that Samsung should commit to the Service Level Agreement(SLA) they commit to their consumers, in this case 3-5 working days. I still have to call up the hotline myself instead, which i believed is a lapse on your end.I will be greatful if the relevant management is able to look into this and give me a status of my printer asap. Thank You for your kind attention.
Regards,
Xian Yi
