PHYSICALLI : toade my body was damn damn damn ache... shit... must be yesterdae PE... haiz.. too long nv pe, cannot take it...especialli my stomach... damn pain... whenever i cough, sneeze or luff etc., i experience great pain in my stomach... sy sae i sprain my stomach... lol.. coz too long nv exercise... hope tis pain will go awae quickly...
